friends & weekends

Our vibrant yet cozy interior provides the perfect backdrop for casual connections or catching up with an old friend. Grab a table and split the Tacoma Taquito (It’s the savory favorite everyone ends up ordering twice). We’re your coffee shop that’s open on Sundays!

A dedicated, welcoming kids' area stocked with toys so you can actually finish a conversation (and a hot drink). We recommend our traditional, sweet Horchata (made the authentic way with toasted morro and pepitas). We’re conveniently right next door to Little Minds.

WE FRAME EVERYTHING WE DO AROUND PARTNERSHIP

ONE VISION

ONE CUP

ONE FARM

Behind the bright yellow exterior is a simple idea brought to life by our founder, Alejandra Flores. Growing up in Honduras, she drank café con leche with her grandparents every afternoon after elementary school. As she got older and traveled between Honduras and America, she wanted to do something to bridge the gap. Alejandra quickly learned that a great cup of coffee can connect people across any distance so she opened this shop with the goal to let those here have a taste of her world there.

Unataza means "one cup." Every bean we use is sourced directly from a sustainable farm that Alejandra knows personally. Katia has a coffee farm in Copán Ruinas, Honduras and wants to create specialty coffee to partner with people beyond her region to introduce them to the flavors found in her country.

Together, they bring you one cup of coffee that has its roots in the Honduran soil whose flavor is tinted by the warmth of the Central America sun. It’s carefully roasted and then lovingly crafted into your drink.
