RENTAL PRICING
6 hours : $800
4 hours : $650
2 hours : $450
Cleaning fee: $80

Deposit of 40% to to reserve your spot.

Final payment (remaining 60%) prior to the event.
BARISTAS JUST FOR YOU
WOW your guests with your own private barista for your event
​
An onsite barista is $25/hour with a minimum drink purchase of $120. (A 25% tip on total of sales is to be paid at the end of the event.)
SOME GUIDELINES

We have a maximum capacity of 40 people at Unataza.

You can rearrange tables and chairs however you'd like!

Please, no confetti.

Free dedicated parking lot across the street.

You have early access 30 minutes prior to your event and 30 minutes after the event to setup/load/unload.

Need more time? Any additional hour is $100.

Cancellation fees are administered within 72 hours prior to the start of your event, and you would lose your deposit.
