Rental Space Pricing Structure:
Weekend Pricing:
• 6 hours : $700
• 4 hours : $500
• 2 hours : $300
• Cleaning fee: $80
• Deposit of 40% to to reserve your spot
• Final payment (remaining 60%) prior the event

Baristas Just For You!
WOW your guests with your own private barista for your event!
An onsite barista is $25 / hour with a minimum drink purchase of $120. (A 25% tip of total of sales is to be paid at the end of the event.)
"Good-to-Know" Guidelines:

1. You can rearrange tables and chairs however you'd like!
2. Please, no confetti.
3. Parking is FREE in the city parking and premises!
4. You have early access 30 minutes prior to your event and 30 minutes after the event to setup/load/unload.
5. Need more time? Any additional hour is $100.
6. Cancellation fees are administered within 72 hours prior to the start of your event, and you would lose your deposit.
7. We have a maximum capacity 40 people at Unataza.
