School Supply
Donations
Hi, Unataza Family - Alejandra Here.
It has been taking me to long to write this post and thinking what will be the best way to START.
It all boils down to this: Unataza wants to give as many school supplies as possible for kids ages 6-10 . 🖍️📚
💡 A reminder: Our mission is connecting 2 homes, 1 cup at a time.
Last year we moved to a different space to be able to host and support more locally and be able to do more with coffee and the communities behind the farms we collaborate with back in Honduras. But sometimes we are just waiting to have more or enough. And we know that giving comes from the heart and from a place of gratitude.
The story behind this project:
In January, one of my closest friends in Honduras called me and shared with me about a project she knew was alignment with Unataza. It's called "Taller de Arte para Niños," a safe place for volunteers to teach children art classes. These different centers are located in 7 different parts of Honduras, but all of the centers are strategically located close to coffee farms.
